Pokemon is a great cartoon show that is on Monday through Friday. The main character is Ash Ketchem, a young boy who is determined to become the greatest Pokemon Master of all time. With his first Pokemon, Pikachu, he sets off on his adventure. His goal is to catch more Pokemon and win all 8 badges by defeating each of the Pokemon Gym Leaders. Only then can he enter the Pokemon League and go for the championship. He travels with his friends Brock and Misty. Brock likes Rock Pokemon, and Misty likes Water Pokemon. Ash�s rival is the very competitive and very arrogant Gary. Gary�s grandfather is the famous Professor Oak. Ash checks up with Prof. Oak every once in a while to see how things are going. Ash and his friends are constantly running into Team Rocket, an evil organization of Pokemon trainers who kidnap rare Pokemon.
